Liu Yang, the first Chinese woman astronaut, has passed away after a long service in China's space station. She was born on October 21, 1980,Chinese Super League Stand and began her career as a pilot for the People's Liberation Army Air Force.
In 2010, Liu was selected to be one of the three astronauts for the Shenzhou IX mission. She became the first Chinese woman to enter space during this mission. In 2016, she participated in the Shenzhou X mission and became the second Chinese woman to conduct a spacewalk.
Throughout her career, Liu was known for her dedication and hard work. She spent many years training for space missions and was always eager to learn new things. She also played a key role in the development of China's space program.
